MAKITA RELEASES 18V LXT® BRUSHLESS BLOWER / VACUUM MULCHER

August 16, 2023, La Mirada, CA– Makita U.S.A., Inc., manufacturer of high-quality professional tools and accessories, has released the 18V LXT® Brushless Blower / Vacuum Mulcher (XBU07). The 3-in-1 tool provides convenient outdoor cleanups with the added feature of mulching lawn debris and leaves to reuse or for easier disposal.

Convenient and Portable
Offering low noise and zero emissions, the Blower/Mulcher is a welcome solution for clean-up applications. The commercial design allows the blower to tackle demanding applications, comparable to gas blowers. The XBU07 easily converts from blower to vacuum and mulcher. It features precision suction power designed for fallen leaf cleanup without altering stone and rock settings in plant beds.

Blowing and Mulching
The Makita-built brushless motor delivers up to 148 CFM and 143 MPH of blowing force and delivers up to 215 CFM and 13" water lift of suction power. It easily converts from a blower to a vacuum/mulcher with the simple turn of a switch and offers a 10:1 mulch ratio, effectively reducing up to 10 bags of leaves down to 1 bag with the shredding blade. The durable metal impeller shredding blade cuts leaves into fine mulch. The on-board collection bag holds up to 6.6 gallons of leaves.
